Squamish Curbside Recycling
The system is simple! Just put everything in one tote and take it to your curb side!
Service is a bi-weekly pickup of recyclable materials from the curb-side for all dwellings that currently receive curb-side residential garbage pickup. The 65 gallon recycling totes have all been distributed. If you do not have one please contact us for delivery. A larger recycling tote is also available (95 gallon) at an extra cost.
Please REMEMBER!
- Glass will NOT be part of the recycling program. A glass bin will be set up at 38950 Queensway (Carney’s Waste System).
- All items must be cleaned and rinsed.
- Cans should be rinsed, lids removed and then flattened.
- Plastic bags should be bundled into one bag.
- All recycling must fit into the cart with the lid closed completely.

- Paper & Magazines
- Corrugated Cardboard / Boxboard
- Tin & Aluminum Cans
- Rigid Plastics with codes 1, 2, 3. 4, & 5
- Milk Jugs
- Plastic Bags
Restricted Items
We do not accept glass, oil containers, styrofoam or ceramics Glass may be taken directly to Carneys.
